The flow (high level)

Enable Travel Services

Ask your account manager to enable the module for your organization and card program.

Show offers

Your UI lets the user browse what’s available (by airport/flight/destination).

Create an order (booking/purchase)

The user confirms details and you create an order.

Show fulfillment details

After confirmation, show the user what they need to use the service (code, voucher, QR code, or installation instructions).

Support after purchase

Provide clear refund/cancellation expectations and a support path.

Billing

Some travel methods are billable — each call is counted and charged according to your pricing plan. Confirm commercial terms and billing mechanics with your account manager. Travel service bookings (lounge access, airport services, eSIM purchases) are charged separately based on the service price at the time of booking. Pricing is returned in the API response.

Travel Services are available globally. Lounge and airport service availability depends on the specific airport. eSIM coverage varies by data plan and region.
