Lounge bookings can be refunded only if the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the visit date. Refunds are not available for bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the visit date or after a no-show.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Create a support ticket via your account manager or the BFinance support portal
  2. Provide the orderId of the booking to be refunded
  3. The refund will be processed and credited back to your account balance
Refunds are not available through the API. All refund requests must go through a support ticket.
