Before a customer can use cards or virtual accounts, you explicitly request access to those features.
Product access requests may be billable. Confirm commercial terms with your account manager.

When you should request access

The customer must be active before you request access to a product. If you request access while the customer is still pending or rejected, the request is likely to be rejected.
For some access features, you must complete a compliance questionnaire for the customer before access can be granted.Use this mapping as the source of truth:
Supported access types include:
  • Cards
  • Virtual accounts
For cards, you also choose a card program / card type (your account manager can provide the right option for your use case).

What outcomes to expect

Access requests typically transition through:
  • requested — submitted and under review
  • granted — enabled for the customer
  • rejected — declined, usually with reasons
Use rejection reasons to drive your UI and support flows:
